Spanish and Belgian bees fly over Europe, loaded with cameras, keyboards and microphones.
Counting flags
Posted by Bart Verswijvel on April 19, 2010
It is a bit later than the 4th of April that we counted the different flags in the Flag Counters of both Belgian and Spanish blogs. Here are the results of today:
Up till now we had visitors of 26 different countries coming to 1 or more of our channels. We counted in the Belgian blogs 23 different flags and in the Spanish blogs 11! We had 2 Belgian teams wh0 have been very active collecting flags…
Don’t stop the dissemination. The nice thing is that you don’t need a plane to surf around!

Flag competition
Posted by Bart Verswijvel on February 16, 2010
The Belgian students (and teachers!) enjoy the well deserved break of one week. But from next week on we will be back!
Meanwhile we continue with the flag competition. The situation today: on the blogs of the Belgian students we find 7 different flags and on the Spanish blogs we count 8! So this is quite close. Please send the url of your blog to your friends and and family all over the world. The end of the competition will be at the 4th of April.

KICK OFF
Posted by Bart Verswijvel on January 23, 2010
The kick off has been given. Time for some games:
First of all we will have a logo contest. When all the logos have been uploaded we will publish 2 shortlists. One school will vote for the best logo of the other school.
And then there is the BIG COMPETITION. All channels will add a flag counter and on the 4th of April we will count the different flags on the Spanish and on the Belgian blogs. So send the URL of your blog to your friends and family abroad and have them click on it.
On the 4th of April we celebrate St-Isidore of Seville, the patron saint of the internet. He lived in the 6th century, so he must have been quite ahead of his time!

Things are moving again. Youngsters from Flanders and Spain make their preparations for the start of creative journalistic activities using internet tools. Very soon you will see their faces and their whereabouts. Be prepared for a wonderful media show.
